Muses, Pandorians and Torch Bearers are the names for Elysium Gate's amazing and wondrous volunteers. Each has a vital job and serves to nurture the
harmonious community atmosphere at Elysium Gates. These amazing individuals truly weave caring and purpose into the net. The volunteers interact
with residents in various ways through a wide variety of activities. Read on for an overview of their duties and why they have such titles. If you’re an EG
member consider becoming one yourself.
Muses
The Greek goddesses who presided over the arts and sciences. Traditionally there are nine muses but in Elysium Gates there are eleven, one presides
over each subject area and coordinates the activities and volunteers of that area. Their Leader is Lady Kythera Ann.
Pandorians
In Greek mythology, Pandora was the first woman on earth. The gods endowed her with many talents; hence her name: Pandora, "all-gifted". For Elysium
Gates Pandora was the original staff technical goddess (Apaulo is now our chief tech guru) and the Pandorians are volunteers that help members with all
technical problems.
Torch Bearers
Torch bearers throughout history are way showers. Greece made famous their torch bearers through the Olympics. Elysium Gates torch bearers continue
the tradition by helping to orientate new members to all the ins and outs of Elysium Gates. Contact them with your questions. They love to help new
people and make them feel a vital part of the community. Pegasus is their leader.
We weave caring and purpose into the net.
