GIFTS OF APPRECIATION

A Lions Club is not formed through osmosis.  A lot of work goes into forming a new club.  Much of the club's initial survival depends on the clubs and individuals who give guidance and a helping hand to the fledgling club.  We were very priveleged to have so much support and help from Lions throughout the district.  We wanted to make sure that  at our Charter Dinner they were all remembered!  

Kythera Ann once again had a great time creating this portion of the evening and officiating it.  Individuals were presented with certificates pledging club funds to causes in their name (click to see example).  For our Guiding Lions there were special appreciation certificates (click to see example).  For our host club, Scotts Valley Lions, there was a special presentation for all the members who attended the dinner (about 20!), it was very funny (click here for text).  Enjoy the pictures below!
